Provide leadership and management to the team of Account Relationship Managers
Focus on account renewal & credit monitoring
Analyse and interpret financial statements in order to assess repayment capacity and financial soundness of borrowers.
Effectively communicate any changes in risk and repayment capacity of borrowers to the loan processing team to prevent default cases.
Analyze and conduct regular reviews of current portfolios to ensure any pressing performance issues are immediately addressed.
Draw-up restructuring/rescheduling plans that are tailored to customer circumstances and needs
