The Head of Agency Digital & Transformation is accountable for driving end to end digital innovation and enterprise level transformation delivery across the Agency.
This role carries equal responsibility for:
. Shaping and executing the agency digital strategy, and
. Driving disciplined transformation delivery, ensuring adoption, behavioral change, and measurable business impact on the ground.
The role operates as both Digital Strategist and Transformation Delivery Leader, bridging vision with execution to deliver sustainable outcomes for the agency force
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
A. Agency Digital Strategy & Enablement
- Define and execute the agency digital transformation roadmap, aligned to agency growth and productivity objectives.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of digital platforms, tools, and applications supporting agency operations, sales enablement, and customer engagement.
- Drive AIpowered solutions, automation initiatives, and emerging technologies to streamline workflows and improve agent and field user experience.
- Identify, evaluate, and scale digital innovations and best practices to elevate service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Technology, Business, and Agency leaders to ensure successful integration and adoption of digital solutions.
- Ensure all digital initiatives comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
B. Enterprise Transformation Delivery & Strategic PMO Leadership
- Lead highimpact, enterpriselevel transformation programmes across the Agency from inception through delivery.
- Translate strategic ambitions into clear execution plans, with defined milestones, ownership, and outcomes.
- Establish and operate a highperformance strategic PMO focused on delivery, decisionmaking, and execution discipline - not reporting.
- Drive delivery across multiple, complex workstreams with pace, rigor, and accountability.
- Proactively intervene to unblock issues, manage dependencies, and keep leadership priorities on track.
- Partner closely with field leaders to ensure real adoption on the ground, tracking behavioral change and outcomes rather than activity completion.
- Establish success metrics and outcomebased KPIs that reflect genuine business impact.
- Use data and insights to pressuretest initiatives, identify gaps, and coursecorrect in a timely manner.
C. Leadership, Influence & Change
- Lead and inspire teams through significant change journeys, ensuring alignment with agency strategy and leadership intent.
- Influence senior stakeholders without formal authority, aligning diverse agendas toward shared outcomes.
- Challenge constructively to elevate thinking, solution quality, and execution standards.
- Foster a culture of accountability, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement across the agency.
Success Measures
- Digital initiatives delivered with measurable uplift in productivity, experience, or performance
- Largescale transformation programmes delivered on time, with adoption and sustained impact
- Clear behavioral change observed within the agency force (not just delivery milestones)
- Strong seniorleader confidence in execution reliability and digital enablement
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Relevant certifications in project, programme, or change management (e.g. PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean) are advantageous
Experience
- Minimum 10+ years across digital strategy, transformation delivery, PMO leadership, or largescale business initiatives
- Proven track record delivering complex digital and transformation programmes endtoend
- Experience in agency distribution, financial services, or performancedriven environments strongly preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong structured thinking with the ability to simplify complexity into clear priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Commercially minded, outcomedriven, and executionfocused
- Credible operator at ExCo and senior leadership level
