Shape the Future of Banking Technology
The Head of Architecture Strategy leads enterprisewide technology and architecture direction for the bank. The role analyzes external industry trends and internal IT capabilities to shape strategic priorities, transformation roadmaps, and executive decisions. Working closely with senior leaders and ExCo, the role translates complex data and architectural insights into clear, actionable strategies and executivelevel narratives. Ideal candidates bring strong banking or financial services consulting experience, with a proven ability to structure complex problems, influence senior stakeholders, and provide thought leadership on modern architecture and emerging technologies.
