Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute end-to-end strategies in managing internal / external challenges to contain the flow rates and maximize recovery.
- Align and support Product Owners and Risk Management on overall Auto business direction.
- Provide support in the oversight & development of the regional framework & CCO best practices across the region.
Business Performance and Management
- Manage and deliver the Auto portfolios annual budget on Delinquency, Impairment ratio and provision.
- Management of front-end Collection and backend Recovery functions performance to contain flow rates.
- Management of support functions inclusive of Repossession, Redemption, Store yard, Disposal and Auction, Operations, Projects and System, R&R, Skip Tracing & Quality Assurance to enable and support effective collection and recovery activities.
- Management of business partners (Repossesors and Auctioneers) towards optimizing collection and recovery efforts.
- Provide feedback to the Credit Cycle on Auto portfolios - economic condition of a customer / industry.
People Management
- Provide direction and support to the entire ACR team to achieve departmental goals through direct reports - Unit Managers, supported by subsequent reporting line in accordance to ACR organization structure.
- Work closely with HR-LTD on meeting the required & essential trainings for the team.
- Ensure adequate resource for each functions to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Cultivate high performance culture (HPC) in ACR.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure adherence and compliance to Regulatory / Internal Policies and Guidelines.
- Provide support to the Internal Compliance Officer on all the periodic compliance review and testing on both internal and external regulatory / policies.
