Head Central Dealing Desk (Digital Business) to lead and manage team on front-office services, dealing services, digital account management and platform support.
Will lead and manage staff involved in corporate actions, block trades, off-market transactions and global trading & execution.
Monitoring trade settlement and multi-currency account and report any abnormalities and discrepancies in timely manner .
Handle client suspension/uplift, reminder letter in order to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirement.
Perform and review reports performed by IT and ECOS Web Admin on daily basis.
Processes corporate action related item.
Provide relief duty to Retail Sales.
Effectively collaborate with Business Marketing, Development, and Digital Platforms teams to design and execute digital campaigns, onboarding journeys, and platform enhancements.
Requirements
Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field. An advanced post-graduate qualification or professional qualification is an added advantage.
At least 7 - 10 years relevant experience in trading or capital market.
Strong understanding of process, procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
Possess Strategic Thinking and Leading Through Vision.
Possess good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels especially with the Senior Management, Board Members and regulators.
Possess a CMSRL license. For non-license holder, they are required to sit for the examination by SIDC (Module 6 & 7) as to obtain the license (arrangement will be done internally by Licensing department, MIBB).
