We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead and oversee all kitchen operations. Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
- Ability to create and develop innovative menus.
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Experience in managing kitchen operations, food costing, and inventory control.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Passion for culinary excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required.
- Experience and strong knowledge in Mediterranean or French cuisine.
