The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Demand & Supply Planning should have:
- Strong knowledge of planning and supply chain processes within the automotive industry.
- Proven experience in demand planning and supply chain management.
- Ability to analyse data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Exceptional leadership skills to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for supplier and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in relevant supply chain management tools and software.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.
- A degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
