About the Role
We are looking for an accomplished Head of Group IT Programme Management to lead complex, multi‑country business and IT transformation initiatives. This senior leadership role is accountable for driving large‑scale enterprise programmes that reshape application landscapes, operating models, and legal‑entity structures across multiple markets.
You will play a critical role in ensuring strategic alignment, strong governance, and successful delivery across global and local teams—building a scalable, compliant, and future‑ready technology environment that supports evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Programme & Transformation Leadership
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large, multi‑country IT transformation programmes.
- Drive alignment between technology initiatives and business strategy, ensuring minimal disruption to critical operations.
- Oversee transformations across ERP, digital platforms, reporting systems, and emerging technologies.
Governance & Delivery Excellence
- Establish and maintain robust programme governance, risk management, and control frameworks.
- Track schedules, budgets, and scope; proactively implement corrective actions as required.
- Deliver programmes using waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Partner closely with senior business leaders, regional teams, and support functions.
- Manage system integrators, consultants, and third‑party vendors to ensure quality delivery and contractual compliance.
- Develop and execute clear communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
Change & Adoption
- Lead change management, training, and adoption efforts to ensure smooth transition to new systems and operating models.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration across programme teams.
People Leadership
- Lead and develop high‑performing, multidisciplinary teams across geographies.
- Set clear direction, cascade goals, and ensure accountability and engagement.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Expertise
- 10–15+ years of experience in programme or project management.
- Proven track record leading large‑scale, multi‑country IT transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience with ERP‑led transformations and complex application landscapes.
- Demonstrated people leadership and vendor management experience.
- Exposure to digital platforms, data or AI‑enabled tools is an advantage.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with a structured, outcomes‑driven approach.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Project or programme management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are preferred.
- Willingness to travel moderately as required.
