Xsolla Curine Academy (XCA) is a high-velocity Future Skills academy. Operating out of a premier 15,000 sq. ft. facility equipped with a state-of-the-art auditorium and modern learning spaces, we are the regional bridge between elite industry experts and ambitious talent. We believe in compressed mastery: using AI-augmented workflows to deliver Industry-Ready output in half the traditional time. We are seeking a Champion to lead our academic direction, orchestrate our expert network, and maximize the impact of our physical and digital ecosystem.

• Expert Orchestration: Identify and onboard Reputable Teachers—top-tier industry practitioners. You will be their primary partner, helping them plug their deep expertise into the XCA ecosystem.
• The Half-Time Framework: Fine-tune expert-led curriculum into high-impact, short-term programs. Your mandate is to ensure students achieve 2x the output in 50% of the time through AI integration.
• Campus & Program Leadership: Oversee the academic calendar and the utilization of our 15,000 sq. ft. facility. You will turn our auditorium and classrooms into a thriving hub for Future Trends seminars and intensive sprints.
• Output Standards: Act as the Quality Gatekeeper. Every program must result in tangible, Boardroom-Ready student portfolios that validate XCA's reputation for excellence.

• Academic Background: A Master's degree or higher in Business (MBA/EMBA), Education, or a Technology-related field. Credentials from top-tier global institutions (e.g., Harvard, Tsinghua, INSEAD) are highly valued to align with our leadership's standards.
• Proven Experience: 8–12 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in Educational Leadership, EdTech Operations, or Corporate Training.
• Facility & Program Management: Experience managing physical learning environments or innovation hubs is a significant advantage.
• AI & Tech Savvy: A deep, practical understanding of how Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, specialized agents) can be used to collapse learning timelines and automate administrative grunt work.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to engage with high-level industry veterans, government bodies, and corporate partners.
