Our client, a leading automotive dealer group, is seeking an experienced Head of Aftersales to oversee and drive the performance of their Johor Bahru branch. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and optimizing aftersales operations.
Job Description
- Develop and implement aftersales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead and manage the aftersales team, including technicians, service consultants, and workshop staff.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Manage the aftersales budget and optimize resource allocation.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on aftersales performance.
- Ensure the branch meets customer needs and achieves CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) targets.
- Drive profitability, productivity, and efficiency across all aftersales functions.
- Maintain compliance with company standards, policies, and statutory requirements.
- Oversee employment practices in line with current legislation.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Head Of Aftersales Should Have
- Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team in a service or workshop environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and resources efficiently.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
