Head of BIM

We have been exclusively engaged by an international contractor to introduce game changing BIM leaders for their business units across Asia. With the success of their new structure within the organisation, our client is looking to continue investing in the business, growing the operational options within the group.

Backed by your knowledge of BIM, your role will be to grow and develop a business unit to serve clients across the globe. Working with the CTO, you will be responsible for the output of your office, delegation of projects, upskilling of the team, driving performance and handling decisions that will impact the direction of the business.

To be considered for this position, please could you share a CV which can demonstrate the following:

• A minimum of 10 years in a BIM/Digital leadership position.
• Exploratory mindset with interest in technology.
• Experienced on a project undergoing build phase either in buildings or infrastructure.
• A firm understanding of business commercials and contact agreements.
• Role must be based in office.
