Morgan Philips Group is having an exclusive partnership with a leading, vertically integrated pharmaceutical MNC, seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to spearhead the global expansion of its commercial organization. This is a key strategic leadership role with full P&L accountability for all international markets, focusing on sustainable market development and cross-border growth. The incumbent will define and execute regional strategies, driving commercial outcomes in line with the company's global aspirations.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Architect and lead the execution of a scalable international business strategy focused on long-term growth and portfolio expansion.
- Own the full P&L for all international markets, driving top-line growth and margin optimization through localized commercial levers and data-led decision-making.
- Prioritize new market entries and product launches in high-value geographies.
- Lead international portfolio planning with a sharp focus on Specialty Care.
- Drive market access strategies in reimbursed markets by leveraging expertise in government frameworks, pharmacoeconomics, and tender evaluation systems.
- Integrate closely with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Business Development, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure seamless product registrations and regulatory compliance.
- Build and empower high-performing international teams, instilling a culture of accountability and operational discipline.
- Travel to key international markets to engage with stakeholders, strengthen brand equity, and shape market-specific strategies.
What You'll Bring (Requirements)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of progressive leadership experience in business development, commercial operations, or general management within the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sector.
- Market Expertise: Demonstrated success in market expansion and P&L management across regulated markets.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks and hands-on experience with pharmaco-economic evaluations, market access strategies, and government procurement systems.
- Leadership: Exceptional capabilities in managing cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.
