Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional in overseeing and managing the overall operational functions of a company. You are responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient business operations, optimizing processes, and driving growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop & implement operational strategies, business plans, and forecasts to meet financial targets and growth objectives.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, resource allocation, cost control, cash flow, and financial reporting, acting as a finance business partner.
  • Process Optimization: Improve operational systems, workflows, and best practices to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define & track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze metrics, and report on operational performance to leadership.
  • Risk & Compliance: Manage operational risks, ensure legal/regulatory compliance, and maintain financial control frameworks.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with the leadership teams to ensure operational strategies align with overall business objectives, budgets, and growth initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams, and communicate financial performance to stakeholders.
  • Project & Resource Oversight: Manage key projects, inventory, and logistics to meet demand.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years in operations, with 5+ in senior leadership/management roles.
  • Knowledge of business processes, systems, and data analysis.
