We are seeking a talented professional in overseeing and managing the overall operational functions of a company. You are responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient business operations, optimizing processes, and driving growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Strategy & Planning: Develop & implement operational strategies, business plans, and forecasts to meet financial targets and growth objectives.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, resource allocation, cost control, cash flow, and financial reporting, acting as a finance business partner.
- Process Optimization: Improve operational systems, workflows, and best practices to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring: Define & track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze metrics, and report on operational performance to leadership.
- Risk & Compliance: Manage operational risks, ensure legal/regulatory compliance, and maintain financial control frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with the leadership teams to ensure operational strategies align with overall business objectives, budgets, and growth initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams, and communicate financial performance to stakeholders.
- Project & Resource Oversight: Manage key projects, inventory, and logistics to meet demand.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 10 years in operations, with 5+ in senior leadership/management roles.
- Knowledge of business processes, systems, and data analysis.
