We are looking for a Head, Business Reporting and Analysis, SEA who will lead our Finance Management Reporting team for Southeast Asia in leading the end‑to‑end management, financial and commercial reporting for all SEA entities within Principal Asset Management.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee timely, accurate, and insightful management and Group reporting for internal, regional, and JV stakeholders.
  • Review and challenge consolidated SEA Group financial results, entity performance, and Board-level presentation materials.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, including variance analysis and corrective actions.
  • Act as a trusted Finance business partner to senior leaders, providing commercial challenge and decision support.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with Principal, Principal International, CIMB Group, and key stakeholders.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and forward‑looking analysis.
  • Drive data quality, process improvement, automation, and best practices in reporting and analytics.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing management reporting team.
  • Lead special projects, ad hoc analysis, and strategic initiatives to support senior management and stakeholders.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree student or graduate in Accounting and Finance and professional accounting qualifications, such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting within a regional or group environment in the Financial Services industry.
  • Proven people-leader with experience managing and developing high‑performing teams.
  • Able to display strong stakeholder management skills, including with senior management and external partners.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, commercial performance and business drivers.
  • Ability to operate in a complex, multi‑entity, matrix organisation.
  • A clear communicator and a collaborative team player.
