Job Description
The Head of Commercial and Strategy will lead the market expansion and revenue growth for our next-generation Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for architecting the commercial landscape, securing high-value strategic partnerships, and launching innovative, tech-enabled service products that bridge the gap between digital platforms and physical transport infrastructure.
Strategic Partnership Development
Supply Ecosystem Growth: Identify, negotiate, and secure long-term partnerships with regional transport operators, fleet owners, and last-mile service providers to ensure a comprehensive supply network.
Digital Integration Strategy: Lead initiatives to digitize traditionally analog transport sectors, creating proprietary data streams that provide a competitive advantage in scheduling and reliability.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Work with regional stakeholders and financial partners to implement seamless, multi-currency payment solutions and cross-border travel protocols.
Commercial Model & Revenue Optimization
Multi-Layered Revenue Management: Oversee a diverse monetization strategy that includes transactional commissions, B2B service contracts, and high-margin value-added products.
Anxiety-Gap Solutions: Design and launch guaranteed mobility products-such as missed connection protection-to increase customer trust and justify premium price points.
B2B & Corporate Growth: Develop and scale a Corporate SaaS vertical, securing recurring revenue through managed travel solutions for large organizations.
Product Launch & Market Strategy
Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership: Lead the commercial rollout of new features, moving from regional pilots to full-scale international corridors.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize internal AI-driven insights and Ground Truth data to optimize pricing, predict market demand, and refine the value proposition.
Risk Management & Strategic Defense
Regulatory Navigation: Develop market-entry strategies that address local regulatory requirements and protect the brand from operational liabilities.
Dynamic Risk Evaluation: Collaborate with tech teams to implement dynamic pricing models that adjust based on real-world risk factors and operational delays.
Professional Background: 12+ years of senior leadership experience in Commercial Strategy, Business Development, or General Management within the Tech, Mobility, or Fintech industries.
Strategic Excellence: Proven track record of identifying Blue Ocean opportunities and building defensible market moats in fragmented industries.
Partnership Expert: Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders across different cultures and regulatory environments.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with Data Scientists and Engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into marketable commercial products.
