Head of Commercial

We are supporting a confidential search for a senior commercial leader within a multinational organization in Southeast Asia.

This role carries broad accountability for driving commercial performance, shaping market strategy, and leading a sizeable team within a complex operating environment.

We are looking for a leader who has operated at scale and is comfortable navigating both strategic and executional priorities.

The role will involve:

• Owning commercial performance across a large and diverse market landscape
• Driving strong in-market execution across multiple retail and go-to-market channels
• Managing a mix of direct and indirect distribution models
• Leading strategic customer planning and joint business initiatives
• Establishing clear performance frameworks and operating discipline
• Driving continuous improvement across coverage, efficiency, and execution standards
• Leading and developing a high-performing commercial team

We are particularly interested in individuals who:

• Have led large-scale commercial operations with meaningful revenue accountability
• Have experience across retail, channel, and route-to-market environments
• Understand how to drive growth through partner and distributor networks
• Are comfortable engaging at senior stakeholder level
