About the Role
This is a highly hands-on, independent role responsible for establishing commercial performance frameworks, reporting standards, and insight capabilities across StudyIn (Sales, Marketing, Client Engagement, Franchise, and Partner Channels).
While initially an individual contributor, this role will lay the foundation for the company's future Commercial Intelligence & Analytics team. The focus is strictly on Commercial Intelligence (generating insights, forecasting, and decision support) rather than owning the underlying data infrastructure, though it requires close partnership with the Technology and Data teams.
Core Focus Areas
- Reporting & Dashboards: Own and evolve the commercial KPI framework, weekly reports, and executive dashboards. Transition the business away from manual spreadsheets to high-adoption Power BI self-service reporting.
- Funnel & Marketing Analytics: Analyze performance across the full student lifecycle (demand generation to enrollment). Leverage GA4, digital marketing, and CRM data to build attribution models, optimize marketing ROI, and track conversion performance.
- Forecasting & Segmentation: Develop and maintain pipeline, revenue, and student forecasting models. Establish market benchmarking alongside university and partner tiering frameworks.
- CRM & Data Quality: Act as the commercial champion for data quality and reporting consistency, specifically supporting the implementation and adoption of Zoho CRM.
- Capability Roadmap: Identify infrastructure gaps, build business cases for analytics investments, and map out the future expansion of the Commercial Intelligence function.
