Key Responsibilities
- Architect the strategic roadmap for advanced supply chain offerings, focusing on contract fulfillment, integrated logistics, and digital freight innovations.
- Analyze market trends to uncover underserved niches and design high-yield B2B pricing structures.
- Direct the go-to-market execution and deployment of new service capabilities and client-facing digital portals.
- Optimize the sales enablement framework from initial lead to final contract, equipping corporate sales with robust RFP tools and technical assets.
- Oversee enterprise CRM systems to monitor pipeline velocity and eliminate friction points in the sales cycle.
- Formulate educational programs that upskill account managers on intricate, high-value service portfolios.
- Synchronize brand marketing and corporate P.R. initiatives to maintain cohesive messaging during new solution rollouts.
- Accelerate client acquisition via impactful B2B channels, including industry events, performance marketing, and executive thought leadership.
- Serve as the principal liaison between operational fulfillment and commercial units to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Leverage data intelligence to evaluate solution profitability, promotional ROI, and conversion metrics.
Requirements
- Background: A minimum of 8 years navigating the corporate logistics, distribution, or freight sector, paired with 3+ years leading solution design or revenue operations teams.
- Systems Familiarity: Working knowledge of advanced distribution architecture (WMS/LMS) or leading enterprise CRM tools (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) gives a distinct advantage.
- Value Creation: A strong track record of transforming technical supply chain capabilities into clearly defined, easily procurable corporate solutions.
- Organizational Leadership: Skilled at managing multidisciplinary teams and dismantling operational silos to foster cross-departmental collaboration.
- Communication Skills: Articulate verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to align and influence diverse internal stakeholders.
