ABOUT THE JOB
To lead and drive the end-to-end content monetisation strategy across unifi's content and broadband ecosystem, encompassing UnifiTV, in alignment with Unifi's overall business and growth strategy.
This role is accountable for accelerating content revenue growth, strengthening strategic channel partnerships, and positioning unifi as a leading content provider.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive content sales, monetization and distribution strategy for UnifiTV, aligned with Unifi's overall strategy.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth through its content portfolio leveraging unifi's broadband footprint, subscriber base, audience insights and owned content assets.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with relevant distributors, technology partners and ecosystem players to expand demand and optimize monetization opportunities.
- Leverage analytics and audience measurement capabilities to enhance value proposition and campaign effectiveness
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on revenue performance, monetization opportunities and long-term growth initiatives.
- Monitor industry developments, regulatory landscape, competitive benchmarking and emerging trends to ensure strategic relevance and market competitiveness.
- Lead and structure the Content Sales function into a high-performing, revenue-driven business unit with clear governance, performance metrics and accountability.
MUST HAVE
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications or related discipline. A Master's Degree (e.g., MBA) is an added advantage.
Years of experience: Minimum 12–15 years of progressive experience in content sales, advertising, digital monetisation or commercial leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management capacity.
