About the Role

We're looking for a Head of Content & Strategist a creative leader who can think big and execute with precision. This role goes beyond managing writers. You will set the strategic direction for content, craft narratives that win pitches, and design campaigns that cut through the noise.

From building content strategies and campaign decks to guiding execution and leading a content team, you'll partner with senior stakeholders to ensure messaging, storytelling, and campaigns align with business growth goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the overall content and campaign strategy across channels (digital, social, web, events).

  • Lead and mentor a team of content creators and writers, ensuring quality and consistency in output.

  • Partner with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to develop campaigns, decks, and pitches.

  • Oversee end-to-end content workflows: planning, creation, editing, approval, publishing, and reporting.

  • Translate brand and business objectives into content plans, narratives, and presentation materials.

  • Collaborate with designers to bring campaigns, proposals, and presentations to life.

  • Ensure content is backed by data insights, audience research, and industry trends.

  • Represent content in client-facing meetings, pitches, and internal strategy sessions.

  • Monitor performance metrics to optimise campaigns and demonstrate ROI.

  • Stay ahead of content and marketing trends, exploring new formats (video, interactive, social-first).

Requirements

  • Minimum 57 years of experience in content, marketing, or communications, with proven experience in strategy.

  • Strong track record of leading teams and managing stakeholders.

  • Exceptional skills in storytelling, campaign ideation, and presentation development.

  • Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, Contentful) and collaboration tools (Notion, Asana, Trello).

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Search Console) to inform content strategy.

  • Skilled in creating and presenting pitch decks, proposals, and campaign plans.

  • Strong grasp of social media platforms, digital marketing channels, and content trends.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; confident in client-facing discussions.
