Role Overview

As the Contract Product Operation at CoinW you are responsible for bridging business requirements and product development, ensuring seamless delivery and continuous improvement of contract products. Your role involves collaborating with multiple departments, monitoring product performance, and driving enhancements that optimize user experience.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and deep understanding of contract and derivatives trading.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for contract business product operation, collaborate with the product team, lead the formulation and implementation of product optimization and iteration plans, and improve user experience and market competitiveness.

2. Manage the contract product requirements of each business department, integrate and evaluate the needs of each department, lead prioritization and demand planning, drive cross-functional team collaboration, promote product iteration according to priorities, and ensure efficient delivery of product results.

3. Leading growth projects and market analysis: responsible for the research and implementation of user growth products, and exporting and promoting the implementation of growth strategies through in-depth analysis of the industry and competing products;

4. Manage the online problem handling process: as a key interface, assist and promote the solution of online problems feedback from various business departments to ensure stable operations;

Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor degree or above, with experience in digital trading platform contract operation or at least 3 years of relevant work experience;

2. Have good communication and cooperation skills, logical thinking skills, and be good at and actively discover product problems and summarize experience in daily work.

3. Have good thinking, review and summary skills, not sticking to the inherent status quo, and have innovative ideas and abilities first.

4. In-depth understanding of contracts and derivatives trading, financial background is preferred;

5. Strong internal drive, strong pressure resistance, adapt to fast-paced work, English can be used as the working language;
