Job Summary:
The Head of Corporate Communications will lead the development and execution of
innovative communication strategies, focusing on both internal and external audiences.
This role demands a digital-savvy individual with strong marketing expertise, creativity,

and HR teams, providing strategic direction and ensuring the alignment of
communication efforts with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies
that enhance the company's image and brand identity.
• Oversee digital communication efforts, leveraging digital platforms and tools to
drive engagement and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with internal HR and digital teams to develop and manage internal
communication strategies and platforms.
• Lead crisis communication efforts, ensuring timely and appropriate messaging
in challenging situations.
• Manage media relations, drafting press releases, and coordinating media
engagements.
• Represent the company at key events and functions, ensuring the company's
message is effectively communicated.
• Work closely with senior management to align communication strategies with
business goals.
• Manage content creation and oversee the quality of communication materials,
ensuring they are clear, consistent, and aligned with the company's tone and
voice.

• Minimum 10- 13 years of experience in corporate communications, with a focus
on digital and internal communications.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful communication
strategies.
• Experience in managing media relations and digital campaigns.
