Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital and AI product portfolios.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, design, and development to launch, adoption, and scaling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, marketing, operations, and business leaders) to deliver innovative and impactful AI-enabled products.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure product performance, customer adoption, and business impact.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital and AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Build, mentor, and develop a team of product managers and specialists, fostering a culture of customer-centricity and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, AI ethics, and regulatory standards.
- Act as a thought leader and advocate for digital and AI products, both internally and external.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles overseeing digital or AI/ML products.
- Proven track record of delivering successful AI and digital products at scale.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, NLP, computer vision, GenAI) and digital platforms.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology initiatives with organisational goals.
- Experience working in agile environments and leading cross-functional teams.
