About the Role

Department: eB2B

Reports To : Head of Commercial covering Singapore Malaysia and Brunei.

The Head of Digital Commercial will lead Coca-Cola's e-B2B and digital commercial transformation, driving growth through advanced analytics, AI-enabled execution, and modern route-to-market models. This role owns the strategy, rollout, and performance of a digital B2B ecosystem that improves customer engagement, execution excellence, and topline growth across markets.

What You Will Do

  • Define and scale Coca-Cola's e-B2B growth strategy, accelerating retailer digitization and reshaping how the system sells and serves customers.
  • Lead end-to-end market rollout, adoption, and performance of the B2B platform across multiple countries.
  • Transform Route-to-Market (RTM) through data-led, customer-centric models that improve distribution, execution efficiency, and cost-to-serve.
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams covering Digital Trade Marketing, Product Management, Analytics, Customer Success, and eB2B Operations.
  • Drive AI/ML-powered capabilities (Suggested Order, segmentation, personalization, predictive analytics) to increase basket size, order frequency, and customer lifetime value.

Qualification

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in Digital Commerce, eB2B, AI/Analytics, or Commercial Digital Transformation
  • Strong business acumen with hands-on understanding of RTM, sales operations, and distributor models
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams
  • Deep capability in advanced analytics, AI/ML use cases, segmentation, and growth hacking
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to scale ideas into enterprise impact
  • Establish advanced analytics using transactional, behavioral, and external data to unlock growth opportunities across acquisition, conversion, retention, and churn prevention.
  • Champion superior customer experience, seamless digital journeys, and continuous platform innovation.
  • Identify new RTM models, digital partnerships, and ecosystem opportunities (chatbots, voice ordering, digital payments, credit, 3P platforms).
