About the Opportunity
A confidential opportunity with a major organization operating large-scale digital platforms across multiple markets.
We are looking for an accomplished technology leader to drive digital platform delivery, operational excellence, platform reliability, and transformation initiatives. This role will lead a sizeable technology organization responsible for delivering customer-facing digital products while ensuring resilience, scalability, security, and service performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery strategy and execution of large-scale digital platforms and services.
- Drive operational excellence across platform operations, incident management, change management, and service reliability.
- Champion Agile, DevOps, SRE, CI/CD, and engineering best practices across multiple delivery teams.
- Oversee platform modernization initiatives including cloud adoption, automation, and architecture transformation.
- Partner with business, product, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Establish governance frameworks to improve delivery predictability, quality, and customer experience.
- Manage large technology budgets, vendor ecosystems, and resource planning.
- Build and develop high-performing leadership teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 15+ years of technology leadership experience within financial services, digital platforms, fintech, telecommunications, or other highly regulated industries.
- Proven track record leading large-scale digital delivery, platform operations, engineering, or technology transformation functions.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, modern application architectures, APIs, microservices, and platform engineering.
- Experience implementing Agile delivery models, DevOps practices, and operational resilience frameworks.
- Demonstrated success managing complex stakeholder environments and large cross-functional teams.
- Strong commercial, financial, and vendor management capabilities.
- Excellent executive communication and leadership skills.
