Position Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and lead a team of digital marketing, brand and communication pros, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to drive success.

  • Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Utilize data-driven approaches to identify opportunities for scaling marketing efforts.

  • Become the go-to expert on all things brand and digital marketing related, steering the ongoing development of these initiatives across the company.

  • Craft and execute dynamic digital marketing strategies that align with company goals, covering SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing and more.

  • Plan, execute and optimize data-driven digital marketing campaigns that hit the target and deliver measurable results.

  • Analyse campaign performance with analytics tools, providing insightful reports to senior management and highlighting key metrics.

  • Develop and implement engaging digital content strategies for websites, microsites and other platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, advocating for fresh ideas to keep efforts innovative and effective within the brand's tone and voice.

  • Exhibit a keen eye for creative design and provide feedback on brand-building conceptual and design work from internal creative teams and agency partners.

  • Think strategically to make appropriate brand decisions while executing tactics effectively.

  • Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, product, and customer service, and collaborate with external partners as needed to ensure projects move forward timely and accurately, staying on budget and on strategy.

  • Oversee the planning and organization of corporate events such as corporate galas, townhalls, and conferences, creating unique event engagement experiences and maintaining event NPS above 80 points.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience in Digital Marketing, Branding and Communications, with at least 10-12 years of experience.

  • Expertise in identifying target audiences and devising impactful campaigns.

  • A deep understanding of the full marketing mix, including digital channels.

  • Knowledge and experience in MarTech.

  • Possess a creative mindset paired with a strong analytical skills

  • Data-driven thinking and a love for numbers.

  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and marketing best practices.
