We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital growth initiatives and drive direct revenue for our hotel/resort portfolio. This role will be responsible for building a high-performing digital ecosystem—spanning performance marketing, website optimization, CRM, and brand presence—while leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance personalization, efficiency, and marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals.
Champion the adoption of AI-driven marketing solutions to improve efficiency and performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with revenue management, sales, and operations teams.
2. Performance Marketing & Revenue Growth
Plan and manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
Utilize AI-powered bidding, targeting, and campaign optimization tools to maximize ROI
Drive direct bookings via the official website and digital channels.
3. SEO, Content & Online Reputation
Lead SEO initiatives to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
Oversee content strategy including blogs, landing pages, and campaigns.
Leverage AI tools for content generation, keyword research, and optimization.
Manage online reviews and reputation on platforms like Tripadvisor and Google.
4. Social Media & Brand Presence
Define and execute social media strategies across key platforms.
Use AI for social listening, sentiment analysis, and trend identification
Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brand partners.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
5. Data Analytics & Reporting
Monitor performance using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM dashboards.
Apply AI and predictive analytics to forecast demand, customer behavior, and campaign performance
Track and report key KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
Translate data into actionable insights and optimizations.
6. CRM & Customer Lifecycle Marketing
Manage customer segmentation and database strategies.
Implement AI-driven marketing automation (email personalization, journey orchestration)
Drive loyalty, retention, and repeat bookings.
7. Partnerships & Distribution
Manage relationships with OTAs, metasearch platforms, and digital partners.
Optimize distribution strategy to balance direct and third-party channels.
Identify new partnership opportunities to expand reach.
8. Technology & Innovation
Oversee digital marketing tools and platforms (CMS, CRM, booking engine).
Identify, evaluate, and implement AI and martech solutions
Lead digital innovation initiatives across the organization
Requirements
At least 5 years in digital marketing, preferably within hospitality industry
Proven track record in driving online revenue growth and performance marketing.
Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and digital teams.
Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Postgraduate qualification (e.g., Master's degree or MBA) is preferred
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Leadership and stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of hospitality distribution and revenue management
