Position: Head of Digital Transformation & Innovation

Overview

We are looking for a forward-thinking leader to spearhead the digital transformation journey of a diversified group. This role will drive innovation, implement cutting-edge technologies, and deliver scalable digital solutions that elevate business performance and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary strategist with strong execution skills, capable of turning ideas into impactful, organization-wide digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a digital transformation roadmap aligned with the organizations long-term goals.
• Lead the adoption of advanced technologies such as Digital Twin, Smart Facility Management, IoT, and BIM.
• Oversee deployment and integration of digital platforms and enterprise-wide systems.
• Establish data governance frameworks, real-time dashboards, and analytics-driven decision-making tools.
• Champion change management initiatives to ensure adoption and measurable impact.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and cybersecurity best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive continuous innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Digital Technology, IT, Data Analytics, or related field (Masters preferred).
• Proven experience leading digital transformation projects in complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies, data governance, and system integration.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia when required.
