About The Job

The role involves defining and governing Group-wide cloud reference architectures and the target state.
It requires defining a next-generation cloud architecture with Azure as the primary platform and AWS as a strategic secondary.
Responsibilities include leading enterprise-scale migration and modernization programs for legacy and regulated workloads.
The architect must ensure compliance with regional regulatory requirements such as MAS TRM, BNM RMIT, and OJK MRTI.
The position governs solution architecture patterns for cloud-native design, FinOps, DevSecOps, and resilience.

About The Manager/Team

The position reports directly to the Head, Technology Architecture (Group).
The team acts as a strategic engine where architects are trusted advisors and strategic partners.
Architects play a pivotal role in shaping business strategy, regulatory alignment, and digital target state architecture.
The team partners with CxO and executive leaders, including CIOs, CROs, CFOs, and CTOs, to influence business cases and steer direction.

Requirements

5-10+ years of total Cloud architecture experience
Proven track record of leading large-scale cloud transformations within the Financial Services Industry (FSI).
Must hold both Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert and AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional.
A degree in IT or a related field is expected, with additional certifications like CISSP, CCSK, or TOGAF being highly desirable.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence decisions at the Board and CxO level.
Deep expertise in Azure services (AKS, OpenAI, Fabric) and AWS equivalents (EKS, SageMaker, Control Tower).
