Job Purpose
TheHead, Expansion & Infrastructureis a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end outlet expansion, renovation (special projects), and facilities management operations. This role ensures all infrastructure-related initiatives are delivered efficiently, within approved budgets and timelines, while supporting business growth through strong cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision-making, and effective multi-department collaboration.

This role oversees acomplex, high-impact functionthat directly supports business expansion and operational stability. It requires full-time monitoring, strong governance, and decisive leadership to ensure efficiency, cost control, and timely delivery across multiple departments.
Qualification & Experience (Preferred)
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum812 yearsof relevant experience in F&B, retail, or multi-site operations
- Proven track record in expansion, renovation, and facilities leadership roles
Key Responsibilities1. Expansion & Real Estate Oversight
- Lead and manage outlet expansion initiatives, including site readiness, layout planning, and infrastructure coordination.
- Oversee real estate-related infrastructure requirements to support new outlet openings and existing outlet upgrades.
- Ensure expansion projects align with business strategy, brand standards, and operational needs.
2. Special Projects (Renovation & Refurbishment)
- Oversee renovation and refurbishment projects across outlets.
- Review and validate Bills of Quantities (BQ), drawings, layouts, and specifications prior to approval.
- Ensure renovation works comply with approved designs, budgets, and timelines.
3. Facilities Management
- Provide strategic oversight of facilities management to ensure outlets and corporate facilities operate efficiently and safely.
- Monitor maintenance standards, preventive maintenance planning, and facilities performance metrics.
4. Budgeting & Financial Control
- Develop, manage, and control CAPEX budgets related to expansion, renovation, and facilities.
- Track project costs against approved budgets and highlight variances with corrective recommendations.
- Ensure financial discipline and cost optimisation across all infrastructure-related initiatives.
5. Project Management & Reporting
- Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
- Prepare regular management reports on project progress, budget utilisation, risks, and performance.
6. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Build a high-performing team through clear governance, performance monitoring, and capability development.
