Why does this job exist and why is it critical

The role is to provide leadership over fibre channel and partnership management team and responsible to deliver sales performance against target; this include identifies growth opportunities through close watch of the competitive landscape, market trends and fostering partnership with new channel partners.

What you'll be accountable for

  • Build and develop sustainable fibre sales programme for implementation and follow through to deliver sales target
  • Lead and provide leadership to manage partner's performance with Access Providers and channel partners to deliver business results and sales target according to plan
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive improvement on QoS and SLA deliverables from partners to establish competitive advantage and unique proposition over competitors to ensure success implementation of the sales programme
  • Build and expand sales channels into new markets through new channel development initiatives
  • Through reporting and analytics, validate business data to provide guidance to sharpen sales programme during execution, including timely sales performance reporting to senior management
  • Working closely with product team in identifying segments of customers to grow new acquisition and enhanced customer lifetime value with fibre and broadband proposition
  • To stay connected and engage with cross functional departments to ensure company, department business goals are aligned to deliver Unmatched Personalized Experience for Maxis customers
  • Train, coach, monitor and track staff performance and provide regular performance feedback for improvement and development
  • Lead cross functional project initiative to innovate new way of working to build sustainable competitive advantages

  • Fibre penetrations for Maxis mobile customer base
  • Total connected homes
  • Share of Net Adds in industry
  • Contribution Cost Optimisation Programme

What You'll Need To Have For This Role

  • You have a Bachelors Degree from a recognized tertiary
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience; preferably in fibre sales and marketing is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with effective use of modern presentation and communication tools.
  • High numerical sensitivity, with the ability to interpret data and leverage facts and figures to support sound decisionmaking and management recommendations.
  • A goaldriven individual with strong determination and situational leadership skills to achieve business objectives and support team development.
  • Passionate about engaging with people and building strong professional relationships.
  • Techsavvy, curious, and selfmotivated to explore emerging technologies.
  • A selfstarter with a mature disposition, capable of adapting well to a dynamic and fastpaced business environment.
