Head of Finance, Furi Global Sdn Bhd

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop and manage budgets, forecast future financial performance, and analyze financial trends to identify improvement opportunities.
2. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) in compliance with accounting standards.
3. Cost Management: Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize expenses across departments.
4. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity.
5. Strategic Financial Advice: Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on financial implications of business decisions.
6. Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and develop the finance team to build a high-performing culture.
7. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, manage audits, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
8. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate financial performance and key metrics effectively to senior management, board members, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years experience in finance or accounting, with proven leadership in managing teams and overseeing complex financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, and forecasting.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Good understanding of business strategy and operations.
• Proficient in financial software and reporting tools, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build strong relationships across the business.
• Results-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
