The Leadership Vision

You will work closely with and learn from the CFO, contributing directly to our ambitious future development plans and business expansion.

Your Core Mission

• Own Financial Excellence: Hands-on oversight of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and project accounting.
• Lead and Inspire: Mentor finance professionals to perform at higher levels of ownership while embracing a culture of innovation.
• Deliver Strategic Insight: Partner with project leaders and senior management to guide decision-making with sharp analysis.
• Champion Governance: Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and proactive risk frameworks.
• Architect the Future: Execute targeted process re-engineering and digital initiatives for sustainable agility.

What You Bring

• The Experience: 15+ years of progressive finance leadership with deep expertise in Property Development.
• The Credentials: Recognized professional qualification (ACCA, MICPA, ICAEW, CPA, CFA or equivalent) is non-negotiable.
• The Track Record: Proven experience leading teams through digital change and process optimization in complex environments.
• The Character: A leadership style that blends intense resolve with genuine humility.
• The Passion: An authentic drive for owning outcomes and building long-term capability.
