The Successful Applicant
A Successful Head Of Finance Management Should Have
- A degree in Acturial, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Candidates with Acturial Background coupled with Life Insurance/Investor Relations is preferred.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations (IFRS 17) within the insurance industry.
- Proven leadership skills in managing finance teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
