The Head of FP&A, Commercial is a finance leadership role responsible for driving business performance through insightful financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. This position function as a business partners for Consumer, Enterprise and Revenue Assurance & Fraud functions, providing sound financial advice to shape commercial strategies, optimise revenue growth and ensure sustainable profitability. The ideal candidate is a commercially astute finance leader with strong analytical capabilities, excellent business partnering skills, and a track record of driving growth in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
What You Will Do
Lead the end-to-end annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for commercial portfolios, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and financial targets.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CFO and commercial leadership through analysis of financial performance, market trends, and competitor activity to support informed decision-making.
Partner with commercial teams to evaluate new business initiatives, investment opportunities, and pricing strategies through robust financial modelling and ROI analysis to drive profitable growth.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
Develop, implement, and enhance FP&A tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to improve data accuracy, visibility, and timeliness of insights.
Act as a strategic finance business partner to business leaders by providing financial planning support, commercial guidance, and cost control oversight to drive efficiency and cost optimisation.
Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, systems, and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, analytical capability, and quality of financial insights.
Lead and develop the FP&A team, fostering a high-performance culture with strong analytical, business partnering, and stakeholder management capabilities.
