Job Summary
The role holder will assume overall responsibility for banks and broker dealers as well as investor sales segments in Malaysia through the marketing and sales of financial market products.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
- Development implementation and delivery of the market sales plan for financial institutional clients in-country
- Utilize deep understanding of the key drivers and mechanics for the flows and non-flow business in Malaysia to develop a strategic plan, target specific clients and business areas for growth
Business
- Achieve allocated budget for the country
- Cultivate and manage senior-level relationships in Malaysia through regular engagements and achieve assigned budget per annual scorecard document for client income from allocated clients
- Original and deliver incremental business on the back of the client relationship
- Ensure cross asset and cross border collaboration to maximize client service and returns
- Maintain awareness and understanding of digital platform offerings and working with internal stakeholder to expand digital platform to clients
- Awareness and underlying of the various financial needs of our clients and partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver structured non-flow to our clients
- Actively engage Markets Structuring teams to facilitate optimum client risk solution

- Set appropriate tone and expectations from the team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners

- Responsible for reviewing team structure, capacity plans and succession plans for critical role.

Qualifications
EDUCATION: Degree Educated
TRAINING : Proven client acquisition and relationship management skills
