Our client is an AI-Powered full-stack Lending-as-a-Service (LaaS) platform built for modern lenders. From origination to scoring, disbursement to collections and even repossession, they help their financing partners confidently reach underserved markets.

Your new role

Currently they are hiring for a Head of Growth Strategy where you'd be taking charge to:

  • Own the design and execution of a growth strategy that scales our products through strategic alliances, new commercial initiatives, and ecosystem development.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships (with banks, SMEs, fintechs, etc.), develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to unlock new channels of revenue, particularly in underserved markets.
  • Drive commercial readiness, including pricing, deployment models, and co-branded initiatives with strategic partners.

What You'll Need To Succeed


  • Growth, strategy, business development, or partnership roles.
  • Proven track record of building & scaling partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen: deal structuring, revenue-sharing, P&L management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams: product, engineering, sales, compliance.
  • Leadership experience, including managing a team, setting strategic goals, and driving execution.
