Job Description
- Lead the Compensation & Benefits and Talent Development functions across the organisation.
- Develop and execute reward, recognition and benefits strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Drive talent management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Review and enhance performance management frameworks and employee development programmes.
- Ensure competitive compensation structures through benchmarking and market analysis.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to align people strategies with business priorities.
- Lead workforce capability building and organisational development initiatives.
- Manage and develop a team of five HR experts.
- Utilise HR analytics and insights to support strategic decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
A successful
Head of HR (Rewards & Talent Development) should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Overall career experience of over 15 years, with strong specialism in areas Compensation & Benefits and Talent Development functions at a strategic level.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Demonstrated success supporting a workforce of significant scale and complexity.
