Head Of Human Resources - ASEAN

Role: HR Head ASEAN | Leading FMCG Client

Prism Consulting is partnering with a fast-growing FMCG company with presence in over 40 countries. With offices in 4 locations in ASEAN and 3,500+ employees locally, they are seeking a dynamic HR Head ASEAN to drive HR operations and business processes across the region.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Role Overview:

As HR Head ASEAN, you will:

• Lead the Human Resources function across multiple ASEAN locations, supporting HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement, Line HR, C&B).
• Partner closely with the APAC HR Leadership Team and Global Talent Services to implement processes and ensure compliance across countries.
• Manage external vendors to deliver operational programs on time and within budget.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Work within service level agreements and KPIs, ensuring excellent employee experience.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 15+ years in HR, ideally the last 10 years as HRBP or HR Head.
• Experience in Consumer Goods sector is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws across ASEAN.
• Masters degree in HR is a plus.
• Understanding of decision-making in large matrix MNCs.
• Well-networked within HR executive circles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel 3040%.
