Our Client is a recognisable established fintech group which in recent years has been successfully pushing their technology agenda & innovating their digital product offerings catering to corporate & consumer customers. And today they can lay claim to the smoothest onboarding experience for new customers. They are looking to appoint a Head of Human Resources for their digital financial services unit.

This Head of Human Resources will lead the HR function for the digital financial services business unit in Malaysia, overseeing a team and assuming full responsibility for all HR matters. This encompasses strategy development and execution, team leadership and development, talent management, organizational design, employee experience, total rewards, and governance & compliance. The role will involve collaboration with various stakeholders, including business, technology, and operations teams, to drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives and enhance employee experience. Key areas of focus will include HR strategy, talent development, organizational design, employee engagement, and total rewards, as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

We are targeting an incumbent with a track record of overall HR leadership, ensuring HR strategies are integrated with business objectives to deliver impactful results in a digital finance retail environment.
