This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Human Resources at our headquarters in Kajang. The Head of Human Resources will oversee and manage all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and development. Other key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's goals, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, handling performance management processes, and leading organizational development initiatives. They will work closely with leadership to drive a positive company culture and build an engaged workforce.

• Proficiency in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement
• Strong skills in training, development, and performance management
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies
• Experience in organizational development and fostering company culture
• Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to solve problems, think strategically, and implement HR solutions
• Experience in a leadership role within HR is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required
