Lead and inspire the HR function at our plant! As Plant HRBP Head, you'll drive people strategy, talent management, and employee engagement, partnering closely with Site Management to build a high-performing and motivated workforce.

• Lead employee relations, compliance, and industrial relations initiatives.
• Drive learning & development, talent acquisition, and engagement programs.
• Ensure fair and consistent compensation, rewards, and benefits practices.
• Champion change management and organizational development initiatives.

You bring 810 years of HR experience, with 35 years in a manufacturing or plant HRBP leadership role, and a passion for developing people and processes.
