Head of Human Resources (Manufacturing)

Lead and inspire the HR function at our plant! As Plant HRBP Head, you'll drive people strategy, talent management, and employee engagement, partnering closely with Site Management to build a high-performing and motivated workforce.

Key Impact Areas:

• Shape HR strategy, performance management, and succession planning.
• Lead employee relations, compliance, and industrial relations initiatives.
• Drive learning & development, talent acquisition, and engagement programs.
• Ensure fair and consistent compensation, rewards, and benefits practices.
• Champion change management and organizational development initiatives.

You bring 8–10 years of HR experience, with 3–5 years in a manufacturing or plant HRBP leadership role, and a passion for developing people and processes.
