Our client is an established company in the corporate travel and travel management industry. They are looking for a Head of Technology Operations to lead the company's technology operations, systems, infrastructure, and internal IT support function.
This role will be responsible for ensuring that the company's technology platforms are stable, secure, efficient, and able to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall technology operations, including infrastructure, systems, platforms, cloud environment, and internal IT support.
- Ensure system reliability, uptime, security, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Manage key business systems such as booking platforms, CRM, ERP, finance systems, productivity tools, and customer-facing applications.
- Improve system performance, process efficiency, automation, and platform integration.
- Oversee IT service delivery, incident management, escalation processes, SLAs, and operational KPIs.
- Coordinate cybersecurity practices, access controls, compliance, and technology risk management.
- Manage technology vendors, hosting providers, and third-party support partners.
- Work closely with senior leadership and business teams to align technology operations with business needs.
- Lead and develop the technology operations team.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technology operations, IT infrastructure, systems management, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong experience managing business-critical systems, infrastructure, cloud platforms, SaaS tools, and technology vendors.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity, networking, service management, incident management, and operational governance.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and work with senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, structured, and business-focused approach.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience in travel, hospitality, SaaS, professional services, or other service-driven industries.
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, AWS, Azure, CISSP, or equivalent.
