Responsible for the overall strategy, design, development, and implementation of customer value management, focusing on revenue generation through new customer acquisitions, upselling, cross-selling, churn management, and lifecycle management. The role aims to monetise the existing customer base while expanding the business by acquiring new clients, driving analytics, and supporting sales enablement and product development, ensuring effective database management and profiling to maximise sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
8+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, and base management within the telecommunications or technology sectors with a proven track record of acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding revenue within existing accounts.
