Head of International Sales
Our Client: A rapidly growing
FMCG consumer brand is looking to appoint a
Head of International Sales to lead its global expansion strategy and drive revenue growth across international markets.
This leadership role will focus on
developing new markets, building strong distributor networks, and strengthening existing global partnerships. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to drive global growth
- Identify and expand into new international markets
- Build and manage distributor and channel partnerships
- Drive sales targets and pipeline growth across regions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to support market expansion
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in international sales, export sales, or global business development
- Proven track record in market expansion and distributor management
- Experience in theFMCG or consumer goods industry preferred
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Results-driven with the ability to lead international growth initiatives
- Willingness to travel internationally
