Job Description
This role will be looking after:
- APAC regional leadership responsibilities, from Japan to Australia
- IT commercial leadership responsibilities, including both online e-commerce channels as well as physical shops
- Looking after digital transformation from local legacy systems to ERP systems
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support business goals in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, applications, and systems.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment with corporate IT policies and initiatives.
- Drive digital transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.
- Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Lead and mentor the IT team to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and cybersecurity standards.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential to add value to the business.
The Successful Applicant
You Will Need To Have Experiences In
- Proven experience in IT leadership roles within the retail industry is preferred
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, systems integration, and digital transformation.
- Regional exposure is necessary.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of data protection laws and cybersecurity practices.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize IT investments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
