Job Description

  • We are a fast-growing pet eCom pet brand

  • Currently located in 3x countries: Singapore, Malaysia & Australia

  • We move fast and grow aggressively

  • You'll own Tiktok Shop end-to-end

  • We value autonomy and results over hierarchy


Tasks

  • Own and scale Live Commerce as a revenue channel

  • Plan, execute, and optimize live shopping streams

  • Recruit, manage, and coach hosts & creators

  • Drive conversion, AOV, and repeat purchase via live formats

  • Analyze performance and continuously iterate on winning setups


Requirements

  • Proven experience in Live Commerce, Live Shopping, or Creator Sales

  • Strong commercial mindset with clear revenue ownership

  • Confident on camera or experienced directing live talent

  • Data-driven, structured, and fast in execution

  • Self-starter who thrives without micromanagement
