Role Overview
The Marketing & Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving Noesis growth agenda. This position is responsible for shaping and executing strategic business development initiatives, while delivering targeted marketing and communications that strengthen brand presence and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Align marketing and business development strategies with Noesis overall vision and goals.
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new corporate clients.
Represent Noesis at partner events, conferences, and exhibitions, including planning and managing booth presence and speaking opportunities.
Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns across Newsletter, Facebook, Instagram, and Website maintenance Lead and manage Noesis LinkedIn presence and newsletters to support lead generation and brand positioning.
Coordinate with the Programme leads on campaigns, announcements, alumni features, and event promotion.. Support PR activities including partner communications, media engagement, and institutional collaborations.
Competencies
Proven experience in marketing, communications, and business development, preferably in higher education and training.. Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build lasting relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences. Strategic thinker with analytical ability to translate insights into actionable plans. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, and data-driven campaign management.
Qualification
Chartered Institute of Marketing preferred or degree in Marketing
Remuneration
Salary range: RM4,500 - RM5,000 (non-negotiable)
Location: Sunway Velocity, Kuala Lumpur
Working arrangement: 1 day work from home a week.
