Head of Marketing (Direct Selling)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth.
• Lead brand management initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all channels.
• Design and implement campaigns that support distributor recruitment, activation, retention, and engagement.
• Oversee digital marketing, including social media, website, email marketing, online advertising, and lead generation activities.
• Drive product marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and go-to- market strategies.
• Plan and manage corporate events, conferences, recognition programs, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with Sales and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, and external vendors to maximize ROI.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to identify opportunities and improve effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs, providing recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Master's Degree or professional marketing certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior marketing leadership role.
• Experience in direct selling, network marketing, FMCG, wellness, beauty, health, lifestyle, or consumer goods industries preferred.
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand expansion.
• Strong experience in digital marketing, brand management, product marketing, and event management.
